If you email support@bodygrove.com, billing@bodygrove.com or info@bodygrove.com, we process the content of that email to reply. PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. processes membership payments. We do not collect card numbers on this site. We do not publish a telephone number and we do not run a grocery checkout.

When you create an account we store your name, email, a salted password hash, membership plan and PayPal order id on our server. A signed session cookie named bg_sess keeps you signed in. Cookie choice is stored in this browser. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking pixels. Accept and Decline on the banner both record that you have chosen; neither loads extra cookies.

The lawful bases we rely on include contract (membership access) and legitimate interests (running a newsroom and answering mail). UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply. You may ask for access, correction, erasure or restriction where the law allows, and you may contact the Information Commissioner's Office. We do not publish that office's contact details here. We do not sell your account details.
